New World: That s how you get a deletion back
Who does not know: you spend numerous hours in an MMO, the maximum level reached, has a pretty sum of gold piled and otherwise everything is going great. But then it happens: Due to excess fatigue, a spontaneous exposure of the brain or a non-connected monitor, it is accidentally deleted the character, which one has used the last 100 hours.
Is something similar maybe in Amazon s new MMO New World (Buy Now 39.99 €) happened? That s far a reason to despair, because the customer service staff Sirwolfe explained in a mail in the official forums of the MMORPG, as you can undo this over.
The process is probably relatively easy as Sirwolfe writes. You only need to call up the Support page of the game and create a ticket there or start a live chat with an employee. Important to note: For this you probably need an Amazon account, as the support page is operated by Amazon Games themselves, a login through Steam is probably not possible.
According to Sirwolfe, employees work 24 hours a day, seven days a week to improve the New World Experience. These have certainly have a lot to do, for example with the recent gold dupe and some other annoying bugs and glitches.
